We have years of experience performing estate sales and we actually attend estate sales as we are antique and collectible resellers ourselves. We perform the necessary research on unique items in the sale to get the highest prices possible.  


Full Estate Sale & Liquidation Services

What makes us different? We offer the full professional service from consultation to complete liquidation and clean outs. When you call us, you will speak to the owners. If we are not available, we return calls promptly. We understand this could be a stressful time and we try and make everything go as smooth as possible as we sincerely care and want to do the best job possible, promptly, and stress free.

We expertly stage the items being sold in your home and we price every item to sell at the highest price possible. We have a large following of customers and resellers. We advertise the sale on the major estate sale websites and social media. We also place many signs on major roads which lead to the sale. The last step is to decide the discount schedule as the sale progresses.

We have suggestions to sell the most items at the highest prices. Accepted at the sale is cash, Zelle, and all major credit cards. Accepting credit cards increases the chances of higher priced items being sold. 

Steps in setting up the sale:

1. Consultation - A walkthrough of your home is conducted to determine which items are for sale. In the case of a downsize, we would suggest how to separate the items for sale and the items you are keeping. We mutually decide on a competitive fee/percentage for conducting the sale. Dates and times of the sale are then decided. Depending on the size of the sale, the hours and dates could vary. Usual hours of the sale are 8am-2pm and the sales run 2-4 days. Sales may run from Thursday to Sunday depending on the size of the sale.

2. We begin the staging and pricing process usually the week prior to the sale or the same week as the sale. The staging process usually takes 2-4 days depending on the size of the sale. 

3. We conduct the sale. The hours and days of the sale vary depending on your location and amount of items in the sale. 

4. When the sale is complete, if we aren't sold out, it is your choice to remove any items prior to our donation truck arriving. Our donation truck usually arrives shortly after the sale is completed. The house will usually be cleaned out completely, shortly after the sale is complete unless other arrangements our made. The floors will be swept clean. Funds will be disbursed to the homeowner. A thorough cleaning service is available for an additional fee.  These are the simple steps to conduct the entire sale. Remember, we are extremely flexible and we try to conduct the sale with no stress to the owner.
